BUILD YOUR SKINCARE ROUTINE

ESSENTIAL VS. ADVANCED SKINCARE ROUTINES

Your best skin starts with the right routine and skincare that targets your unique skin type and concerns. Each product must not only be compatible with your skin, but also work synergistically with the other elements of your routine. Once this regimen is established, daily commitment and good skin habits will go a long way to keep your skin looking its best.

THE CORE 4

Known as the IMAGE philosophy, these essentials make up the foundation for a gorgeous skin routine.

cleanse

Cleanse

Cleanse (am/pm): Cleansing removes dirt, makeup, excess oil and other pore-clogging impurities to create a fresh, clean canvas for skincare treatments.

cleanse

Treat

Treat (am/pm): Comprised of serums and spot treatments, this step tackles specific skin conditions (think dark spots, dullness, blemishes, dryness or wrinkles) with high concentrations of targeted ingredients. Serums can address multiple issues at once and can also play nice with other formulas for a targeted, layered approach.

protect

Protect

Protect (am): During the day, broad-spectrum sunscreen protects skin against harmful UV rays that accelerate skin aging.

repair

Repair

Repair (pm): Skin is hardest at work to restore itself at night, so reinforce support with a final layer of moisture to lock in the nutrients and hydration. Choose a crème that also delivers other benefits such as peptides for anti-aging or vitamin C for dark spots.

THE ADVANCED 8

This comprehensive skincare routine delivers added benefits with the help of additional steps and intensive weekly treatments.

cleanse

Cleanse

STEP 1: Cleanse (AM/PM): An effective regimen starts with a great cleanser. It's the first step in your image skincare routine. This is going to remove dirt, debris, makeup, all while prepping the skin for your serum or skincare treatment. You'll want to use a grape sized amount twice daily.

cleanse

Exfoliate

STEP 2: Exfoliate (regularly or 1x to 2x per week): Exfoliation is the ultra-important skincare step that you may be skipping. Our skin-refining formulas remove dead skin cells to reveal a radiant complexion and make way for following treatments so that they can be absorbed easily and quickly for optimal results. Use after cleansing and as often as instructed by each individual product.

cleanse

Treat

STEP 3: Treat (AM/PM): Your serum step is your second step in the Image skincare routine. This is the powerhouse step that is really going to provide targeted results. Serums can address multiple issues at once and can also play nice with other formulas for a targeted, layered approach. You're going to want to use a coffee bean sized amount twice daily and apply after cleansing.

protect

Protect

STEP 4: Protect (AM): Our lightweight broad-spectrum sunscreen will protect the skin from UVA and UVB rays. You're going to want to apply a generous amount every single day to the face, neck, decolletage, and don't forget the ears.

cleanse

Eye Care

STEP 5: Eye Care (AM/PM): Our nourishing eye creams are packed with proven ingredients like peptides, hyaluronic acid and botanical brightening agents to target skin around the eyes to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles. Apply a pea-sized amount on your finger and dot the cream under your eye moving from inner to outer corner. Then gently glide along the orbital bone.

cleanse

Lip Care

STEP 6: Lip Care (AM/PM): An essential add-on to your daily routine. Apply regularly for a boost of moisture, plumping power and the ability to give lips a soft, full and healthy appearance.

repair

Repair

STEP 7: Repair (PM): A repair crème is an essential step in your evening routine, filled with vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, ceramides, peptides and more. These cremes help to repair, quench and nourish the skin. You're going to want to use about a raspberry size amount every single evening applied to the face, neck and decolletage.

cleanse

Mask

STEP 8: Mask (1x or 2x per week): Skincare masks act as a physical barrier to lock in and enhance the power of proven ingredients that go above and beyond to address your skin concerns. IMAGE masks offer a variety of benefits; some are formulated to exfoliate while other provide an instant boost of hydration, radiance and more.
