  • Your product shipments are being packaged with the utmost adherence to our enhanced safety standards and providing free shipping on all orders until further notice.
  • Customer support staff is working 100% remote during the hours of 9 AM – 6 PM EST through email, phone and chat Monday through Thursday. Our office is now closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday until further notice. These limited hours may cause a longer than usual hold time. Please be patient with us as we navigate through these times.

Due to the ever-changing environment our carriers of choice USPS and FEDEX are issuing updates about how and when they are delivering orders. You can view these updates here for FEDEX https://www.fedex.com/en-us/coronavirus.html and here for USPS https://www.usps.com/. Please follow the links provided for updates on your order.

For shipments mailed via FEDEX they offer a home delivery service you can register for free to use, this will allow you to receive updates, re-route packages, request for packages to be held and provide delivery instructions. We highly recommend you register for this service. You may register on their website at https://www.fedex.com/apps/fdmenrollment/.
