Moisturiser is a broad term that includes creams, but there are a few key differences:
• Moisturisers tend to be more lightweight than creams and lock in moisture to
help support a healthy skin barrier and shield against dryness.
• Creams are heavier in texture and provide nourishing benefits that work well
with the natural repair activity that happens while you sleep.
