A $75 Product You Can’t Actually Use
"The product itself is great, but the packaging really ruins the experience. The bottle and included eyedropper are incredibly difficult to use, no matter how hard I squeeze the dropper or tip the bottle, I can barely get a pea‑sized amount out. I can see that at least half the product is still inside, but I can’t access any of it. For $75, I should be able to use every last drop. The formula deserves better packaging."
Problems with packing
"The creams arrived safely, and the products themselves are in perfect condition. However, the packaging was quite poor. The small glass jar was placed loosely inside a much larger box with no padding or fixation at all. It’s honestly a miracle it didn’t break during shipping. I’d suggest using better protective packaging in the future to avoid potential damage"

"I like how moisturized and fresh my skin looks after applying this on my face after a shower or a face wash. But the product starts smelling different when it stays on your skin. It smells like something that's old or rancid when it stays on your skin for like 10-15 minutes. Not sure why."
